Thoughts

Our sister Ann, You will always be our sister we looked up to, a sister that showed us love in every way, growing up with our nieces and nephew was odd in many ways as we were all pretty much the same age  but Ann and Tony strength, warmth and love was always shown to us all when we visited. As young children we looked forward to our visits to Ann and Tony with Mum and Dad, much fun and laughter and lots of happy fun times were had by all. So many memories to hold on to deep in our hearts. With our own children coming many years later, Ann's nephews, we were then generations apart, so visits became less but when we did see Ann and Tony it was always the same, the love and care was always shown. Our last memory is coming to see Ann in the hospital last month, myself Lisa with my wedding photos, and to see the smile on Ann's face, saying how happy it made her to see me so happy at last, and Ann thought it was wonderful that Sally had done the speech on behalf of Mike's friend (other story), Ann right to the end thinking of others and putting a smile on our faces. We will be there Wednesday to say our goodbyes Ann, can't believe you have gone but we hold onto all the lovely memories in the years gone by and remember you as the most caring and loving sister we could have. Sleep tight darling Still looking up to you Ann. Love always Lisa and Sally xxx

Ann my eldest sister was alway part of my life. I have thought of many stories I could tell but feel they may be a little intricate to pass on ! However the stories were all about fun and laughter it’s thing I remember most . In my teenage years and my twenties I spent so much time visiting Ann & Tony in Stow with family and friends and we always loved their company . It’s the laughter I remember most with Ann and Tony and the warm approach they had to any friends I forced on them . Ann was a compassionate listener and never judged . I can’t be there today to see her on her journey but she will always remain in my dreams . Your loving sister Lois xxx
